Sunil Duggal

Sunil Duggal is an entrepreneur and an executive in business. He is the current CEO of Dabur, India's largest Ayurvedic medicine manufacturer. Duggal did his MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. After completing his MBA, he started off as a management trainee in Wimco. Furthermore, he worked with Coleman and Co., Bennett and PepsiCo before getting into Dabur in 1995. Later, Sunil Duggal became the CEO of Dabur in June 2002.

Gopal Vittal

Gopal Vittal is the CEO of Bharti Airtel (India & South Asia), one of the top Indian telecommunication MNC operating in nearly 20 countries. He completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta in 1990 and worked with Brooke Bond and Hindustan Unilever Limited before Bharti Airtel.

Indra Nooyi

Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi is also a successful alumnus from IIM Calcutta graduated in 1976. She is currently among the board of directors of Amazon, and served as the Chairperson and CEO of PepsiCo, the second largest Food and Beverage Company in the world in terms of net revenue. Indra Krishnamurthy Nooyi has consistently been in the list of the World's 100 Most Powerful Women.

Ajit Balakrishnan

Ajit Balakrishnan, the entrepreneur, a business administrator and a business executive is the Chairman and CEO of the successful internet-based company at Mumbai, Rediff.com. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Governors of IIM Calcutta currently. Balakrishnan completed his Post Graduation Diploma in Management (MBA) from IIM Calcutta back in 1971.

Sunil Alagh

Sunil Alagh, the former MD and CEO of Britannia Industries is again an IIM Calcutta graduate. He joined Britannia after Jagatjit Industries in December 1974. Sunil is credited with Britannia's success for being India's largest biscuit company.   

Nishi Vasudeva

Nishi Vasudeva, the Indian business executive is the Managing Director (CMD) and chairman of Indian state-owned oil & gas corporation, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). HPCL today stands as the fourth largest company in India by its revenue. Nishi has been the first ever woman to head a Navratna PSU. She graduated with an MBA in 1977 from IIM Calcutta and started off within the petroleum industry with Engineers India Ltd.

Amish Tripathi

Amish completed his Post Graduation from IIM Calcutta back in 1997. The famous Indian author, Amish Tripathi, is known for his novels like The Immortals of Meluha, The Oath of the Vayuputras, The Secret of the Nagas and Scion of Ikshvaku. While the first three novels were based on the Shiva Trilogy, the later one was about the Ram Chandra Series. The Shiva Trilogy at a point of time became the fastest selling novels in the Indian publishing history. The Scion of Ikshvaku was found to be the fastest selling book of 2015. Four times in a row from 2012 to 2015, Forbes India has ranked him among the top 100 Indian celebrities.

Ramachandra Guha

Ramachandra Guha is a writer and a historian who is into research in environmental domain, political, social and cricket history. He completed his fellowship programme in the social history of forestry in Uttarakhand, that focuses on the Chipko movement.

His latest book is the Gandhi Before India (2013), which is the first part of a two-volume biography of M. K. Gandhi. Ramachandra is also a columnist at The Telegraph and Hindustan Times. On 30 January 2017, he was selected in the BCCI's panel of administrators by the Indian Supreme Court.

Pranay Chulet

Pranay Chulet is a co-founder and the CEO of Quikr, the largest online classifieds portal in India. He is a successful Indian entrepreneur and business executive today. Praney completed his MBA from IIM Calcutta and has worked in a variety of roles in companies like the PricewaterhouseCoopers, Walker Digital and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Ashish Kumar Chauhan

Ashish Kumar Chauhan is the MD and CEO of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). He completed his MBA in 1991 and joined the IDBI bank later achieving bigger and bigger heights of success.
