Overview
The Executive Education Programme in General Management EEPGM (formerly eMEP), the first of its kind to be offered in the Asia Pacific region, is designed exclusively for working professionals. As an individual grows in an organisation, each higher step on his career ladder requires him to have qualifications and skills that commensurate to the role he is assigned. The programme attempts to fulfill the demands of the Indian corporate for continued training and development of its executive workforce by offering a wide spectrum of courses encompassing all functional areas of Management.

Programme Objectives
    The programme is designed to impart general management skills to working professionals so as to enhance effectiveness of their decisions. The key objectives of the programme are:

Who Should Attend
The entry to Executive Education Programme in General Management is open to graduates/ CA/ ICWA having at least 5 years of work experience. The participants of these programmes form an interesting mix of working professionals from varied backgrounds like IT, Human Resources, Marketing, Banking, Financial Services and Manufacturing. The level of interaction witnessed during the past EEPGM batches has been quite exceptional and encouraging, thereby indicating the effectiveness of this technology to enhance peer-to-peer learning, considered to be the core feature of any conventional classroom based learning programme. This has enabled them to advance in their careers by way of promotions and better jobs in areas of their interest.
Selection
For EEPGM, the selection is based on executive Management Aptitude Test (eMAT) conducted by IIMK every year and the interviews, through the Hughes IOL platform, of the short-listed candidates based on the eMAT.

Certification
Participants of the EEPGM, on successful completion of the one year long programme, would be awarded the title 'Post Graduate Certificate in General Management' by IIMK.

  • Total Program fees is inclusive of Programme fee of Rs 215,000/- and Books, Study Materials and Exam Fees Rs. 47,500.(Books/Study Materials + Exam Fees is additional & will be charged separately ).
  • All fees payable directly to Indian Institute of Management Khozikode.
  • Service Tax to be charged extra if applicable.
  • The fees do not include the expenses of travel and stay in Kozhikode for the compulsory modules conducted at the IIMK campus in Kozhikode for one week each during each term.
  • Through Demand Draft in favour of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, payable at Calicut. Please write your name at the back of the DD.
  • Fees will be charged in 3 installments.
  • Taxes will be additional as applicable.
